1. Validation of a user contract
The contract about a hotelbooking or another service, is in every case a contract between the user, you, and the service provider, the hotel. The hotel.eu corporation is always neutral, we are not the tour operator and not responsible for any benefit about the contract. The business is carried out exclusivly between you and the service provider, eg. the hotel which is listed in our index. During the whole business transaction keep in mind the contract validation of the respective hotel country, in addition to that read the terms of the hotel. The deal is ready, the contract, if the hotel accepts your request, for example if you get the booking confirmation.

2. Accountability
We operate our services on the following aspects: highest possible accuracy, reliability and availability. We can not assure that our services run proper without any disturbance, loss of connection or that data is available all time. We also can not garantee for the correctness and completeness or availability of the hotels because they are administrated directly from the hotels. Claiming for damages can only be accepted in an act of gross negligence by an employee of the company hotel.eu and consist only the cost of repair but we don´t make up for the loss of profit or subsequent damage. In the case of provider malfunctions or other complications which are not in our field of responsibility we assume no liability. In case of www.hotel.eu being put under a judicial decree by public authority and stopping their services partely or fully, www.hotel.eu can not be affected by the law.

3. Additional Rules
The use of services of the company hotel.eu by others aswell as passing information can only be accepted by written confirmation of hotel.eu.
